I love to depict the farmsteads in my paintings as they would have looked 100 years or more ago, before electric lines were strung along the road across America.  I painted this old stone house and farm scene from my imagination and memories of old houses that I have passed over the years on the quiet back roads of the heartland.   This painting measures 24” x 12” x .75 on gallery wrap canvas, with the painting continuing around the sides. It is wired and ready to hang.
